Mission Statement
"My mission as a therapist is to advance well being, both individual and collective, through curiosity, awareness, and connection. This advancement relies on engaging our community members. Engagement happens when people are genuinely included, heard, and valued. I lead and work with love, empathy, and cultural competency while encouraging tough questions, challenging and respectful conversations, reflection, and constant curiosity. I am committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and access, by sustaining a culture that is welcoming, nurturing, and open for all to participate in. Both my ability to hold therapeutic space in multiple languages (English, Italian, and Spanish) and my experience with creating therapeutic spaces across multiple countries and cultures, make me a unique and dynamic therapist with an exceptional ability to meet individuals where they are, creating a therapeutic alliance that fosters courageous vulnerability and a sense of safety, while delivering the most respectful, appropriate, and effective practices and interventions possible. I wholeheartedly believe that together we create the habits of mind needed for well being in life."
